DOS LASI (LASI5) HOMEPAGE
The contents of the LAyout System for Individuals, LASI (pronounced "LAZY") written by Dr. David Boyce (315-625-7291) was last updated on March 31, 1998. LASI runs on a PC. See also the Windows version of LASI.
Copy the following five files to a temp directory of floppy. Within the floppy or directory run the install program, doslasi.pdf (pages from the first edition, 1997).
2install.exe is the LASI installation program
lasi524.zip is a zip file of the main lasi executables
cn20.zip sets up a directory containing the setups for Orbits CN20 process
mosis.zip sets up a directory for the mosis scalable CMOS design rules (SCMOS) with a generic sizing parameter lambda
2uchip.zip sets up a directory with an example chip design including schematics and layouts using the MOSIS scalable design rules (SCMOS) with lambda set to 1 um.
