Course project – using On's C5 process (process information can be found at CMOSedu.com, MOSIS.com, or at On's website, minimum L is 600 nm, SPICE models are found in C5_models.txt) design a CMOS replacement for the LM386 audio amplifier. Assume the power supply for your design is a minimum of 4V and a maximum of 6V. For the large output MOSFETs make sure you use a multiplying factor, m, and not simply a very wide width (see comment about NRS and NRD on the bottom of page 813 of the book).

Your report should contain, at least, the following:

This is not a team effort. Your report is due to me via email, along with a zipped folder of simulation results, before the beginning of class on Monday, May 4. No late work accepted (take this seriously), I should receive your emailed project report and simulations before 1 PM on May 4.
